This is (officially), BadHeadDay's first album. Certainly it's the earliest set of recordings that were considered coherent enough to be called an album.

It's true the recordings from Early Years predated these recordings, but this selection came together first.

​

Everything was recorded on a 4-track tape machine using a Yamaha DJX, a Roland R8 drum machine, guitar and a few guitar pedals.
